After a four hour flight, and a smooth transition through customs- 35 Degree Celsius (90-ish degrees Fahrenheit) greeted us. Boarded three vans and headed out on the 6 hour drive to Siem Reap. First introduction to local culture at the rest stops. Many exciting and interesting sites- BBQ spiders, motorbiking pigs, and truck taxis piled high with 20+ people. Ate some Mexican and Western cuisine and arrived safely at the Freedom Hotel for a quick worship and bed.
